What we collect
Information you submit through our contact form, the hours-back calculator, or the ForgePM waitlist (name, work email, company, phone, and your message — for the calculator, also the workflow details and figures you enter, so we can follow up on the estimate shown to you), and anonymous usage analytics via Google Analytics 4 (pages visited, device type, approximate location derived from IP). We do not collect payment information on this site.
How we use it
To reply to your inquiry, to send ForgePM updates you asked for, and to understand which content is useful. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
How we store it
When you submit the contact form, the calculator, or the waitlist, we save a copy of what you submitted in a secured database (hosted by our provider, Supabase) before emailing it to our team. This is a durability safeguard, not a marketing list — it exists so a submission is never silently lost to an email delivery problem on our end. Access is restricted to DataBrosFTW.
Cookies
Google Analytics sets cookies to measure visits. You can block cookies in your browser settings without affecting the site.
Retention & your choices
We keep form and calculator submissions only as long as needed to handle your inquiry or run the waitlist. Email contact@databrosftw.com anytime to access, correct, or delete your information (including the stored database copy), or to unsubscribe.
